Monster OLD Vine Petite Sirah from Paso calcarious soils build more fruit into the mid palate than the volcanic soils do. Controlled extraction helps keep the monster friendly. Aged for 16 months in 100% French Oak…big nose of cherry and berry fruit. Rich strawberry fruit with tobacco and mocha wrapped in massive structure. Leads into a honey toasted oak finish.
